This large 2,200 square foot 4 bedroom home is perfectly situated in Carillon Beach directly across from the beach and only 15 yards to the dune walk-over. Coasting On Idyll is perfect for family get-togethers, reunions, weddings, retreats or a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation on the emerald coast in an idyllic location. Carillon Beach is a gated gulf-front community of upscale homes with almost one mile of white sandy beaches which are reached through 7 dune walk-overs. There are 3 community pools; one is heated and a second is located directly on the Gulf. All are within a 5 minute walk of “Coasting On Idyll”.

Three bedrooms are on the first floor with a fourth bedroom is on the second floor. The downstairs Master bedroom/bath has a king size bed, whirlpool tub and separate dual showers. A second spacious Master bedroom with queen bed is located upstairs with its own bath and balcony overlooking the backyard garden. The third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has two (2) twin beds. All bedrooms have televisions and open to a porch or balcony.

The kitchen, dining room and living room are all located on the second floor. The large, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has a center island and granite countertops. The 15' x 30' Great Room (equipped with a 25" TV, VCR and stereo disc player) has a vaulted ceiling and opens through three sets of French doors to a 24' x 10' veranda with great gulf views. The veranda has Adirondack rocking chairs and glass topped table for outside dining. This home is furnished in teak and mahogany with four poster beds, luxurious linens and plush wrap-around towels. The dining room table seats 8-10. This house can comfortably accommodate 10 people with a queen sofa bed in the living room.

There are community tennis courts, a basketball court and playground. Located in the center of the village is a Carillon (bell tower) which softly chimes on each hour. There is also a private lake and bicycle paths. Beach chairs and umbrellas on the Gulf near the dune walk-over are provided by the owners. Carillon Beach has been featured in both Southern Living and Coastal Living magazines. Great dining is available within a few miles. The largest outlet mall in the southern United Sates is located 20 miles away. Carillon Beach is a safe and serene community for both adults and children.
