A sugar white beach with glistening green waters is at your door step. Deer and dolphins are seen almost daily. The home is located in the exclusive Secluded Dunes subdivision, which adjoins St. Joseph State Park, rated #1 Beach in the USA for 2002. This luxury home is new to the 2007 rental market and has over 3,200 square feet with wrap around decks galore and spectacular, western facing sunsets. The top deck has a panoramic view of the Gulf and Eagle Harbor at St. Joseph Bay. This deck is covered and very large.

The 1st Master bedroom and the sitting room/5th bedroom have glass sliding doors that access this deck; it's great for sunbathing. The main deck is screened thus enhancing your dining and socializing experience; it can easily seat 20 or so for beach dinners. Since the deck wraps around there two screen doors that access the side and front decks. Special attention to decor and making this home a retreat for our guest is a priority. Our home has a very cozy and a southern charm feel with antiques scattered though out.

The two Master bedrooms are very large with private baths. The top Master has a double jacuzzi and separate double shower with its own private deck. The first floor Master is large with a private bath. It has its own coffee station and refrigerator. Having two Master bedrooms makes it nice when having extended families. The two additional Guest bedrooms are large and share a bathroom. There is additional sleeping in the sitting room/bedroom and den. They both have queen size sofa sleepers. Every room has glass sliding doors accessing the beach or deck. This makes it nice when you want to go to the deck and star gaze or have your morning coffee without waking anyone up. We moved to the Cape because of the "western" facing sunsets and pristine beaches. We just built a smaller home on the Cape and have kept this home as an investment. Rates include all fees except 11% sales/bed tax, $150 cleaning fee, $100 pet fee if applicable, and a $250 damage/cancellation deposit. The damage deposit will be charged if damage has occurred. Home rents from Saturday to Saturday except during winter months where monthly rates are available. Reservations of 3 days are ok if booked within 7 days of arrival.
