$150.00 refundable deposit required within 7 days upon reservation (check or money order) full rental rate due within 7 days prior to arrival. 30 days notice required for cancellation to avoid forfeit of deposit(hurricanes are the exception)Rental rate includes all taxes and fees and normal housekeeping after departure. Guests are asked to bring paper and plastic products (paper towels, tissue and trash bags)Check in time is 3:00pm check out is 11:00 am
