This adorable open cottage is located less than 3 miles drive to the beach access and is within walking distance of the boat ramp on the bay. Our cottage includes all the comforts of home and is much less expensive than a motel... perfect for up to two people who would like to enjoy all that Alligator Point has to offer without "breaking the bank". Come and enjoy your stay at S.S Minnow for a quiet relaxing stay. We also welcome fishing charters.

Rental rate includes all taxes fees and normal housekeeping after departure. $100.00 deposit (check,money order & all major credit cards) balance of rent due within 7 days prior to arrival.
