Above all others, this incredible vacation getaway is tastefully decorated and fully equipped and located across from the 12th fairway of Sombrero Country Club’s 18 hole championship golf course. There is dockage accommodating yachts up to 120’ on a 140’ continuous deep water concrete seawall with 8,500 lb. davits, and an additional 55’ x 19’ protected cut in slip for smaller yachts. Captains will appreciate the fact they have plenty of room to come about in this waterway.

Relax in your oversized heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi overlooking a natural preserve and waterway or serve it up on your own private tennis court at water’s edge. There is covered parking for two vehicles and ample room for guests as well. This magnificent home is 2 ½ hours from Miami, 1 Hour from Key West and 2 miles from Marathon Airport.

Multiple months and seasonal rates, if available are negotiable.

Terms of Rental: • $1,500.00 rental deposit required to hold reservation. Full amount of Rental Contract amount due between sixty and ninety days prior to occupancy. • Rentals are weekly from 3pm Saturday - 10am Saturday. Other dates considered. • Cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, full refund of deposit or future credit. • All deposits returned within 10 days after check out. • Owner reserves the right to favor entire house rentals.
