We are 3 miles from John Pennekamp underwater park for diving, snorkeling, fishing and swimming with the dolphins! The unit is on the first floor with private front & rear entrances and comes with 2 parking spots. Our lanai faces the heated pool. The complex has a private boat ramp, slips and a marina on the premises. This is a small gated community with no building over 2 stories high.
