This 3 bedroom home is on a large secluded 2 acre corner lot, with a pool, a guest house and plenty of parking. This house really sits close to the bay and at ground level you are only a few feet from the water when you walk out the door. You will enjoy the private boat dock for boating, fishing, fish cleaning, fish and bird watching and sun bathing and there is a small sandy area for the kids near the dock. The property has lush landscaping with palm trees, gumbo limbo's and many other tropical plants and a private pool, heated or cooled in summer.

The pool has a decorative waterfall and see-through safety fence for small children. The home is all ground level with no stairs to climb and has a large screened porch that overlooks the bay. And, you can watch the sun rise across the water in the morning from your bed in either of the two larger bedrooms; both have sliding glass doors that open onto patios just a few feet from the water. There is a charming outdoor shower, enclosed around a palm tree, with hot and cold water and plenty of room for changing.

It's a 20 minute boat run to deep-sea fishing just beyond the world famous scuba diving at Looe Key. With some directions, a 20 minute boat ride in the back country takes you to Content Keys famous lobster diving. It's less then 30 miles to the famous shopping and night life of Key West. It's a 5 minute drive to Big Pine Key, with small shopping area, groceries, drug store, movie rentals etc. and, the famous Key Deer Sanctuary. It's a 15 minute drive to the beach at Bahia Honda State Park; rated one of the top 10 beaches in the world by Men's Journal Magazine. Boat and kayak rentals are available nearby.
