This beautifully furnished living /dining area has a vaulted ceiling and many windows plus two triple glass sliding doors leading to the gas grill (new 2007), patio table and 6 chairs! The living room and both bedrooms have cable with a 27" color TV/DVD/VCR in the living room and a TV/VCR in the master bedroom. The master and guest bedrooms also have double glass sliding doors with that beautiful canal view. Even the master bathroom has a glass block window for bright sunlight over the soaking tub, separate shower stall, linen closet and two sinks. |

The hall bathroom has a standard bathtub/shower combination. Newer linens furnish both bedrooms and enjoy thick, fluffy towels in the baths! The master bedroom has a 2005 comfortable pillow top king mattress set (plus walk in closet) and the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with conversion kit to 1 king (linens, comforter in double closet). Each bedroom has one dresser and nightstand plus desk/chair in master. |

The Kitchen area
has a counter bar with 4 barstools and the dining room glass topped
table seats 4. The kitchen has just been inventoried and re-stocked
(ask for list via e-mail). The air conditioning is central- no window
units in this beautiful duplex- new condenser 2007! You don’t need
anything but your luggage. Enjoy the newer fish cleaning table and bait
freezer with dockside water faucet, lights, electricity and outdoor
shower. This area is also very private and spacious with a grassy yard!
Your rental includes two FREE memberships: first to the private "Inch Beach" with Tiki hut and palm trees; second to the Cabana Club- a private oceanfront beach club with 65’ Olympic size heated and cooled pool, hot tub, game room, cocktail lounge, snack bar and large sun deck areas with lounge chairs or sandy beach! (between 4th and 5th Street on Ocean Drive). |
You can have a tropical island vacation with all the amenities of home. The Keys have been called the "American Caribbean". Key Colony Beach is in the middle of the Florida Keys adjacent to Marathon. We are a 2 hour drive from Miami and a 1 hour drive to Key West. The community offers Sunset Beach (beautiful sunsets), new jogging path, a par three 9 hole golf course, children's park, tennis and basketball court. And all are within walking distance- restaurants, full service marina with dive shop, boat rentals, fishing and dive charters. Marathon has 2 supermarkets, K-Mart, Home Depot and many great restaurants on/off the water as well as the famous 7 Mile Bridge! |
