Our Key Colony Beach 2 bedroom oceanside home is located on 10th Street on a 100 ft wide canal with direct access to ocean and gulf via the Vaca Cut with 37.5 ft step-down wooden dock. We are equipped to accommodate boats up to 30ft + with dockside electric, water, dock guards, and cleats. This beautifully furnished canal front, totally renovated 1/2 duplex home sleeps up to 5 and has a large screened-in sun room with dining for 6. The home is close to the Dolphin Research Center, Turtle Rescue and Bahia Honda State Park.

The Master bedroom has a queen size bed and private full bath. The second bedroom has 1 full size and 1 twin bed. The living room has a queen sofa bed and 2 sliding glass doors that open onto the side and back yards. There is ample parking for 3 vehicles with room for a boat trailer. Your rental comes with MEMBERSHIP IN CABANA CLUB which includes use of ocean front heated pool and jacuzzi, ocean beach and snack/tiki bar, all just a short walk away. You don't need anything, just bring your luggage.

Marathon Airport is 5 minutes away... fly directly into Marathon from Fort Lauderdale on Florida Coastal Airways. Or take the 2 hour drive from Miami and enjoy the beautiful Florida Keys. BOTH SIDES are available for larger parties, sleeping up to 10 with 75 ft. of dockage. The home has tile floors throughout. Everything in this home has been updated all new (2004) kitchen with appliances, new bathrooms, windows, new central a/c. The finest linens and towels are included. Outdoor furniture includes 2 lounge chairs.

Activities and Attractions: There are many diving/snorkeling and fishing charters nearby. Tennis, par 3 nine hole golf course, children playground and fine restaurants are within walking distance. The property is located in the beautiful city of Key Colony Beach (the Middle Keys), one hour to Key West or Key Largo. This is a private residential community with private police ensuring a very safe environment for your vacation.
