This property has a quick boat access to either the Gulf or Ocean and the underwater National Park, Looe Key is only 15 minutes by boat. Also by boat you can travel to the beautiful back country islands and explore nature. In front of the dock is deep water for docking your boat. Enjoy swimming, fishing or snorkeling right in your backyard. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. This is truly a tropical paradise you need to come and experience.

The ceilings are vaulted throughout the house and there are ceiling fans in all rooms. Both bedrooms are complete with TV and VCR. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking needs and there are two full bathrooms. Downstairs there is an outside enclosed shower. The house has a porch that lets you walk around the entire house and there are many large windows for outside views. The washer/dryer are in a closet off the kitchen. Cars can be parked in the 2 carports under the house. All this is waiting for you!
