Seashells of Sanibel rentals

Our beautiful Sanibel Island condo is a sunny 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit at the "Seashells of Sanibel" (Unit 36) located on the second floor (2 of 2). We are located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, just a short walk down a private-deeded beach access. Seashells is a low density complex with a laidback Old Florida feel, providing a nice relaxing vacation. Unit 36 is a fully equipped condo that basks in early morning sun and is very comfortable, spacious and quiet. The unit is tastefully decorated Florida-style with tile flooring, tropical motif pictures, palm sofa and colors throughout, freshly painted and very well maintained.

The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need if you decide to stay home for a change to relax and eat-in, dining area with ceiling fan. There is a king sized bed in the Master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest room and a brand new queen size comfy sleeper sofa. Enjoy your morning coffee on our screened-in lanai overlooking a nature sanctuary and tropical vegetation. There are two color cable TVs (one in Master bedroom) and DVD/CD player. We offer wireless Internet access. Beach chairs, towels and beach umbrella are provided.

We are centrally located on West Gulf Drive near Tarpon Bay Rd., less than a five minute drive to Periwinkle Way dining and shopping, two public golf courses and Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge are also a short drive. There is a bicycle and walking path in front of our complex that runs for miles around the island. Our unit is frequently used as a "home away from home" so it's very well maintained, quiet and comfortable. Professional property managers on-site six days a week are available to assist you during your stay and are a big plus!

Rates shown above do not include FL state taxes of 11% and $25 booking fee. There is a three day minimum except for holiday weeks which is a one week minimum. No cleaning or linen fees. Private parking spot designated for your use in front of unit. Laundry facilities on premises. There is a 10% discount for long-term stays of four weeks or more. Deposit to confirm, 30 day written notice of cancellation for deposit refund. Usual Sanibel rental week is Sat-Sat but owners flexible and will consider midweek stays. Monthly rentals welcome. Sorry, no pets or smoking.
