Palm View is a luxurious, four bedroom, three bathroom home set in a peaceful location with superb views through the palm trees onto a beautiful golf course. The house is located in Rotonda on the spectacular south west Gulf Coast of Florida. Our house is fully air-conditioned, tastefully furnished to a very high standard and can accommodate up to eight people in total comfort. Palm View offers the perfect location for a peaceful relaxing holiday with some of the Gulf Coast's most beautiful beaches only a short drive away.

Our house has a beautifully furnished Living Room and a bright and spacious Dining Area where up to eight people can eat in total comfort. Relax and watch TV or a DVD or listen to music in our large well equipped Family Room. With a 32" TV with cable, DVD and Hi-Fi this is a great place to unwind after a hard day at the beach. Relax and chill out beside our large private pool (26' X 13'). It's not overlooked and has a superb pool deck and patio area. The house has all you need to enjoy outdoor living including a large gas barbeque, sun loungers and a selection of pool toys. To make your days on the beach more enjoyable we've provided a selection of folding chairs, cool boxes and beach towels.

The master bedroom has a beautiful view with double width patio doors opening onto the pool and is luxuriously furnished with separate dressing area and spacious en-suite for a real feeling of luxury. The second double bedroom is a bright spacious room with queensize bed with the added comfort of an en-suite.The third and fourth bedrooms are comfortable twin rooms ideal for kids or adults. Each twin room has its own TV with cable and radio /CD player. The two twin bedrooms share the large well equipped family bathroom.

Rotonda West has a fantastic selection of golf courses right on the doorstep. Some of the best beaches in the world are only a short drive away. There are many restaurants within easy reach.

Just to the east of Rotonda is the busy town of Port Charlotte with its shopping mall, food court and restaurants and multi-screen cinema. Nearby Englewood beach is a favorite spot for families with picnic and BBQ facilities. This part of the Gulf Coast is great for fishing, boat trips, diving and water sports or you can just relax on the fantastic sandy beaches at Boca Grande, Gasparillo Island, Stump Pass, Manasota Beach and Blind Pass. A little further afield are Venice, Naples, Fort Myers, and Sarasota with its nearby designer outlets. If you want a trip to Orlando there's Disney, Universal Studios, MGM and many other attractions for all the family. Nearby Airports are: Tampa - 1.5 to 2 hours, M iami - 3 to 3.5 hours, Orlando - 2.5 to 3 hours
