Our villa is very spacious and backs onto a lovely lake and golf course and is just a short distance from the white sandy Gulf Coast beaches (these include Englewood Beach, Blind Pass, Boca Grande, Manasota Key and many more). We are also close to Venice, Sarasota and Port Charlotte. We have a living area with cable TV and DVD player, wireless internet connection, dining area with table and 6 chairs and a comfortable lounge area; we also have a fully fitted kitchen and utility room. There are 4 bedrooms (master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and separate shower enclosure, 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom (three of the bedrooms have TV’s). We also have one other fully fitted bathroom and a large garage with bikes/helmets, etc. All rooms are fully furnished.
