This large, 5 bedroom, breathtaking, canal front home can take a large party of up to 12 or an adult family who like to ‘spread out’ around a home. Only completed in 2002, it is presented in immaculate condition. The outside of the house is in the attractive ‘Southern porch’ style. On entering the front door, you have a great room in front of you with huge glass sliding doors opening onto the lanai with extended pool and pool deck. The master suite is stunning and extremely grand. The second master suite is as generous as the first and like the first, opens directly onto the pool area. The house has attractive rear views of the canal. and had been built to exacting standards.

There are 2 master suites, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 sofa bed plus 2 additional bathrooms What might have been a studio has been converted into the 6th bedroom with a sofa bed which is suitable for children but not recommended for adults. Bedrooms 3 and 4, a double and a twin, share a bathroom, which can also be used by bedroom 5 and the studio. The fourth bathroom is a pool bath on the pool deck for the use of bathers. The remaining common rooms are exquisitely furnished and offer a full dining area and a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and high chairs. The interiors are well stocked and offer everything from beach towels to hair dryers. The extended pool is surrounded by a pool deck and there are sun loungers available as well as chairs and a table for outside refreshments.

There are three large supermarkets in the local area and during high season, at least one of these is open 24 hours a day. In low season, they are all open from early morning to at least 9pm each night. The house is surrounded by good golf courses and is just 15 minutes south and west from beaches. Groceries, restaurants, outlet shopping, beaches, beachcombing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, boating, pedal boating, paddle boating, sailing, water skiing, Para-sailing, water tubing, canoeing, jet skiing, deep sea fishing, pier fishing, freshwater fishing, golfing, tennis, bicycling, biking, bird watching, hiking, fitness center, gym horseback riding, eco-tourism, botanical garden, Ocean River Public Library, museums, cinemas, churches, ATM/Bank, medical services, hospital, playground. Our local management company is open from 8.00 a.m. to 4.30 pm to help our guests. They provide emergency numbers available 24/7. While in Florida, you can hire barbecues and borrow highchairs and cots free of charge, subject to availability. This home has the advantage of electrically heated pools which, although not usually necessary in the summer, are a great benefit in the winter. Electric heating of the pools and Jacuzzi’s is an additional charge, which is usually paid 8 weeks before your holiday, so that, wherever possible, the heating is switched on the day before your arrival.

If you are arriving late and would like a ‘Welcome Pack’ purchased on your behalf and left in your home to provide your party with a light meal before you need to purchase your own supplies, please let us know. Our local management team are available to arrange boat and fishing trips for you, offer advice on places to go, highlight good beaches for finding shells or fossils, excellent shopping and generally be on hand to help to ensure that your holiday is everything you hope for.
