This stunning villa, brand new in Jan 2005, is spacious and fully air conditioned. There are 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites (one king and one queen) and 2 twin bedrooms which share a further bathroom. There is a family room with entertainment center and a separate lounge area which also serves as dining room for those more formal occasions. A large kitchen and utility room completes the accommodation. The villa is ideal for 2 family groups, but equally suitable for smaller parties, which require that extra space. The home is furnished throughout to a high standard in traditional Florida style. The 2 master suites, kitchen and formal dining area give access to the southwest facing lanai and extended deck where the electrically heated pool awaits. The pool area is fully equipped with sunbeds and a table and chairs for al fresco dining; it looks down the meandering canal and a nature preserve. It should be noted there are no further properties to the right of the villa which adds to the privacy. The property is situated some 15 minutes drive from fabulous beaches, shopping and restaurants. Several golf courses are within easy reach.
