The floodlit heated and screened pool faces South and there is a covered lanai with sliders to the master bedroom suite with king size bed, living room and dining/family room. There is a queen bedroom suite and a king/twin bedroom and ½ bathroom. The luxury, fully fitted kitchen is open plan to the dining/family room. The living room and dining/family room each have a TV, DVD and music systems. A telephone is available for free local calls and there is also a wireless Broadband connection. There is dual zoned air conditioning and heating.
