Our unit was built in 2002 and appointed with new furnishings in August 2005. The living room and Master bedroom open to a lanai that overlooks a wonderful canal that is just yards away. The Master bedroom includes a queen bed and 2 large walk-in closets. Bedroom 2 includes a queen sofa sleeper and a computer desk. Bedroom 3 has a large walk-in closet and 2 twin beds that can be put together to make a king bed. The dining room has a table that seats 8. The unit is just minutes away from the shops and great restaurants of the famous Fisherman's Village. Nearby beaches include Sanibel, Ft. Meyers, Englewood, Captiva, and Boca Grande.

One-half month's rent is required upon reservation confirmation. Rental fee (including $500.00 security deposit) to be paid by the second week of the preceeding month. Cleaning fee $100.00 (refundable if condo cleaned to move-in condition).
