This home provides for a GREAT time with a boat dock and lift, 2 covered parking spaces and a large utility room on first floor for laundry, rod and reel storage as well as a full bath to freshen up after a long day on the water. The second floor is an open plan with 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Living room and dining room are open to the screened lanai with 2 sets of sliders. The fully stocked kitchen has ample room for entertaining or a fish fry. Either way you will enjoy the peace and quiet of this lovely home and its surroundings in St. James City. World class fishing in Pine Island Sound, Boca Grande Pass and the Gulf of Mexico are known for their abundance of Snook, Trout, Redfish and Tarpon. Charters are also available. Day trips to the outer islands, Sanibel, Captiva, Cayo Costa are just minutes away. Community Pool and Tennis Courts are a short drive away as well as Pine Island’s Alden Pines Country Club Golf Course.
