A beautiful view of the gulf awaits you from the lanai, livingroom, and Master suite of this gorgeous 2 bedroom condo, one floor off ground level.  A private spiral staircase leads from the screened lanai to the ground level(great for getting to the pool or dock for fishing). You may also enter from the main lobby and use the elevator. Parking is close right under the unit. The complex was new in 1998 so everything looks fresh. The Master bath has a jetted tub and separate shower. There are large walk in closets and the kitchen opens to the Livingroom with a full view of the water.

The complex has a large pool and hot tub. Rules are flexible. There is fishing off our large pier with cleaning area and lights for night fishing. You can walk to shops and restuarants.
