Deposit - $500 deposit to hold your reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. Payment by check or money order. $500 security deposit returned less any damage fees. $130 cleaning fee and 11% Florida Hospitality tax. Check-in is Saturday at 2PM; check-out is 10AM Saturday. Refunds - Full refund of deposit less $100 cancellation fee if cancelled 60 days or more prior to reservation date. Less than 60 days, no refund unless we are able to rent the property, in that event your refund will be less the $100 cancellation fee.
