Pool toys are provided (noodles, basketball net, ring toss, floats for lounging) and there are lounge chairs for basking in Florida’s ever present sun. Since the lanai is screened, will be no worry about bugs. The living room has vaulted ceilings and a 27" TV with a DVD player and a library of movies. The dining area has a table with seating for 6 and a sliding glass "pocket door" that opens to the lanai and pool area. The master bedroom is separated from the other two bedrooms for added privacy and has a private bath and a 20" television. |

The first and second guest bedrooms are adjacent to a full sized bath, one with a queen sized bed and the other with two twin beds. There is also a separate laundry area located adjacent to the 2 car garage. For added enjoyment, there is a selection of board games, Sony Playstaion with game library and various books. There is a grocery store within walking distance, along with Wal- Mart, Target, Lowes and just about anything else you can imagine a short drive away. Also, walk to the fabulous restaurant Rumrunners and eat dinner on their outdoor patio overlooking the Cape Harbour Marina and canal area. |
