...is a charming 3 bedroom canal front home with more than 1,600 square feet of air conditioned living space. Fish, boat or picnic from our private well-maintained dock (area boat rentals are available). Enjoy the heated pool, deck, and patio furniture while relaxing in our quiet neighborhood. The house comes fully furnished throughout including all the usual luxuries from linens to coffee mugs. You need to bring only the clothes and bath products you'll need for your stay. Restaurants, movie theaters, shopping, and area beaches are within 15 minutes drive.

RATES & INFO

$680 per week during off season (April thru November)

$830 per week during season (December thru March)

Rates are for 2 people - additional people $50 each per week

Children under 6 years old stay free (we provide a crib)

We require a $300 security deposit and a final cleaning fee of $120. We require payment as follows: one third of the rental fee at the time your reservation is accepted and the balance of the weekly rental, security deposit and cleaning fee will be due two weeks prior to occupancy. We will accept a cashier's check or money order. Rental deposits are non-refundable in the 30 days prior to occupancy. Also required $10 extra per day for use of the pool heater.
