Our beautiful 3 Bedroom pool villa, built in 2001 is about 2500 sq ft in size. The lanai is tiled and screened with electric heated pool and spa surrounded by palm trees and other tropical plants. Both pool and spa have underwater lights for a romantic effect in the evenings. The home is situated directly on a wide canal that leads to the Gulf. Fisherman are able to fish directly off the dock. The kitchen is fully equipped to make cooking quick and easy and the villa has both a living room and family room. Both rooms lead to the pool. Each of the three bedrooms has their own bathroom allowing much privacy.

Villa Maria is in a great area for adults and families. Wonderful restaurants and golf courses are in the area. The entire family can enjoy the nearby waterpark, amusement park, zoo, miniature golf, bike paths, and beaches.
