Our home is located close to Crystal River and Homosassa Springs. The modern kitchen is completely equipped for easy meal preparation. The view of the river is dramatic from the living area, second bedroom and screened porch. Our property has 145 feet of river frontage with a floating dock that will accommodate 2 boats (up to 26'). The boat slip has approximately 4 feet of water at low tide and the Withlacoochee is a deep water river that empties into the Gulf of Mexico.
