Our cozy 1 bedroom condo sleeps four and is located across the street from Sunset Beach. This condo is part of a complex that has both a beachside pool and beach front property along Sunset Beach as indicated in the picture. Sunset Beach is located halfway between Treasure Island and St. Petersburg Beach in Florida. Area attractions are John's Pass which is a boardwalk of shops, restaurants, sightseeing cruises and gambling boats, Tropicana Field home of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, Raymond James Stadium home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, St. Petersburg pier and Bay Walk with shops and restaurants, Tampa's Busch Garden and Orlando's Disney World.

Dec - Apr - $500 weekly - $1600 monthly

Weekly holiday rates $600 (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day)

Rates are subject to 12% Florida tax and $50 cleaning fee. A $200 reservation/security deposit must be received to hold your reservation. Your deposit will be refunded after inspection of unit less any damages. Deposits and rental rates can be paid in the form of a bank check or money order. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am.
