Our 3 bedroom Gulf view condo was remodeled (2004) with first class furnishings; not your typical beach rental. The unit has a Caribbean feel with modern technology. The Living room overlooks the Intercoastal and has a Flat screen LCD TV with DVD. Schools of dolphin frequently swim by as you relax on one of two balconies or mingle on the bottom deck by the boats and small private beach. A spiral staircase leads to the Master bedroom/bath and upstairs Guest room.

The location is convenient to everything: 100 feet to the Gulf Beach, a half mile in both directions to waterfront restaurants and grocery stores, surf and shell stores and a game/Fun Center for the kids. Everything is walkable in Treasure Island so you don't really need a car but if you prefer, there are a ton of attractions in close proximity. It's 20 minutes to Tropicana Field, home of the Major League's Tampa Bay Devil Rays baseball team, 40 minutes to Raymond James Stadium, home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers football team, 45 minutes to the Lowry Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium and Busch Gardens amusement part and 90 Minutes to Orlando's Disney World, MGM, Universal Studios, and Sea World.
