We are only 25 minutes from Tampa airport and 90 minutes to Orlando. The condo complex has been completely remodeled in the past year (2006) and has just started renting. The property is located right across the street from a beautiful county park that has tennis courts, baseball fields, and a boat launch. A few steps away is another park with a playground. This is a comfortable rental for a week, month or the entire season. You will love this location with all the great beach stuff to do. PLUS... it's close to Busch Gardens, MLB stadium (Devil Rays), NFL stadium (Bucs), NHL arena (Lightning) and many major league baseball team winter camps.
