11/1 - 12/31 = $1,600/1 week or $4,000/ 4 weeks

2009 RATES

1/1 - 4/30 = $1,750.00/1 week or $5,000.00/4 weeks

5/1 -10/31 = $1,350.00/1 week or $3,750.00/4 weeks

11/1 -12/31 = $,1750.00/1 week or $5,000.00/4 weeks

12% hotel tax (subject to change) and cleaning fee (100.00) additional. Minimum stay of 1 week please. Deposit of $500.00 for stays less than 1 month/$1,000.00 for stays 1 to 4 months, $1,500.00 for 4 to 6 months or more. Reservation deposit, and pet deposit (if applicable) due upon confirmation. Deposits will be refunded up to 30 days before reservation date. Animals permitted with owners prior permission and deposit. Absolutley no more than 2 animals permitted. Smoking outside only. Deposit and fees can be made in the form of personal check, bank check, money order/cashiers check or PayPal. If using PayPal please include the 2.9% user fee. Entire balance due 14 days before reservation date.
