Welcome to this beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home which sits directly on the crystal clear Weeki Wachee River that stays 72 degrees year round. Concrete stairs go down to the river and there are hammocks for afternoon naps. We have a fire pit for evening get-togethers or family marshmallow roasts. See manatees, dolphins and numerous fish right off the dock. The waterfront is enormous with 100 feet on the river.

Monthly rental requires a security deposit of $500.00 which includes a non-refundable cleaning fee of $75.00. Deposits must be received within 7 days of booking. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival and paid in US currency by certified check or money order. Deposit will be kept for 30 days.
