You are minutes from the Gulf or Weeki Wachee Gardens, home of the beautiful 'mermaids'. Divers regularly enjoy the 180' Hospital Hole 5 minutes away. Enjoy a day in the gulf, stay for the sunset on the water and rinse off in the refreshing river before going home to clean your catch.

There is a non refundable rental deposit of 50% of rent.Balance of rent is due upon arrival.There is a refundable damage deposit of $500. for monthly rentals and $250.for weekly rentals.A clean up fee of $75. is due upon arrival but returned if place is clean at end of rental period.
