Our 2 bedroom Gulf front condo is part of Gulf & Bay Club, Siesta Key's most luxurious condo complex located on Siesta Key Beach, rated the number 2 beach in the WORLD by the Travel channel and also rated the WORLD's whitest, finest sand beach. Gulf & Bay Club's U shaped arrangement of 7 buildings offers spectacular views of the Gulf. A three-acre lake tucked into the 'U' has an island with grills and tables under thatched Tiki-style-covers. The landscaping is as breathtaking as the view of the Gulf. The complex has numerous amenities and is staffed by 31 full time employees.

Our unit is located on the 2nd floor in Building E, which is one of three buildings closest to the Gulf. It has recently (2005) been updated with all new appliances, paint, toilets and faucets. The Master bedroom has new furniture, linens, ceiling fan. There is no owners closet; things are openly shared for all to enjoy. The complex is situated on 37 acres with 850' of sparkling white beach frontage. It is adjacent to Siesta Public Beach which has 5 life guards.

The beach itself is crescent shaped and 3 miles long. It is ideal for walking and dolphin watching. The condo complex is a gated community; no one gets in or out without permission from security. Every Sunday evening there is a sunset ceremony on Siesta Beach that is a must see. The owner is very committed to maintaining this condo and makes yearly improvements. Come and enjoy!
