Welcome to your own 2 bedroom beach cottage! Sunny Side Up is a classic 1-story home is just steps away from your own private beach picnic and beach access area. There are no busy roads to cross, which makes it easy to come back for lunch or a snack, just step out your front door and head right down to the beach. You will be located at Redington Beach, a wide open white sandy beach which is also just a short walk down to a large fishing pier. There are so many things around, putt-putt golf, children's playground, deep sea fishing...it's easy to fill a week!

Security Deposit of $300.00 to reserve, refundable two (2) weeks after departure and walkthrough. Deposit will be forfieted if cancelled less than 30 days of scheduled arrival. An 11% tourism tax applies along with a $75 cleaning fee.
