This Beach Temptation is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, first floor apartment (part of a private home) with a gulf view. Also available is our Studio unit (above the attached garage). Rent one or both units! We have convenient parking right to your front door. Enjoy a large front porch deck with plenty of patio furniture for relaxing. Have a cold beverage on the patio swing while enjoying the gulf breeze. Two blocks from your front door is the world famous Redington Long Pier. Also, many good seafood and steak restaurants within walking distance. It's a short drive to John's Pass for beach shops and entertainment. This beach house may tempt you to stay forever!

The house has a large living/dining room with plenty of room for the whole family. The queen sofa folds out to an inner spring mattress for extra guests. The master bedroom has a Serta Perfect Sleeper Queen size bed and second bedroom has two pillow top twin beds. The full kitchen has a small dining area and all the comforts of home. The bathroom has a full bath and outside shower facility. The entire house has hardwood floors and tile. French doors from the living/dining room open to the back patio with a gas grill for a family cook-out. We have converted the garage to a game room where you can have fun and enjoy the Foosball or Air Hockey Tables.

Sept 7-Dec 30: $120 daily / $600 weekly / $1,700 mthly

Security deposit is $200.00 will be returned 2 weeks after departure and walk through. 60 day cancellation for return of deposit. Accepts Visa and Master Card. An 11% tourism tax applies. 3 night minimum stay. Check in is 3:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m.
