Located at Ocean Sands, our 2 bedroom Gulf front condo has an incredible gulf view. Each morning and sunset can be enjoyed on your 7' by 35' balcony looking over the Gulf which has a table that seats 6 along with a lounge chair for your daily naps. Our unit is located on the top floor 12 stories high and has been newly (2004) updated. The kitchen has new maple cabinets and granite counter tops. The living room furniture is new including queen sleeper sofa, love seat and a comfortable reading chair. There is also a brand new 48" wide screen HD TV.

There are 12' of patio doors located off the master bedroom and living room. Walk straight out to the beautiful beach. There is a sand bar about 30 yards out that you may find as we have many sand dollars. Restaurants, grocery store and entertainment are close by. A Trolley bus stops outside of our building and covers about 20 miles of beach area.
