This complex is located in Indian Shores, FL on the Intracoastal Waterway directly across from the beautiful gulf beach. You are minutes from John's Pass tourist complex with specialty shops, restaurants, water sport rentals, fishing boats, sightseeing excursions, nightly entertainment and all the things you would expect at a beach resort. The beach trolley stops in front of this complex. The Tampa airport is 30 minutes away and Disney and Sea World are only 90 minutes away. This unit has 2 bedrooms & 2 baths and is fully furnished with everything you will need to enjoy your vacation.

There are color TV's in living room and both bedrooms. There is a large balcony that has a breathtaking view of the Intracoastal Waterway. You also have a great view of the beach skyline from your front door and kitchen window. Our large heated pool with spa overlook the waterway. A boat slip is also available. There is a small strip mall right next door that has a great restaurant and a miniature golf center.

deposit of $400 to confirm reservation, cleaning fee $80, taxes 12% 7 day min., Check in 3pm, check out by 11 AM. Security deposit is non refundable if you cancel less than 90 days from rental date. $400 deposit will be held until your departure in case of damage to unit. This unit has great views of water and directly across from the beach. The condo has sauna rooms, spa, and heated pool. There is a roof top tanning deck. Free Boat docks for all to use on your stay.
