The beach trolley stops in front of this complex. The Tampa airport is 30 minutes away and Disney, sea world and Busch gardens are all less than 90 minutes away. This unit has 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths and is professionally furnished with everything you will need to enjoy your vacation.

This unit has a 42" LCD HD TV set with a dvr recorder so not to miss your favorites shows while you are on the beach enjoying your days and nights. There is a large balcony to enjoy the breath taking views of the Intra-coastal and Gulf. You have a great view of the beach from you windows and from the balconies. Our large heated pool with spa overlook the waterway. A boat slip is available for your boating pleasure.

$250 to confirm reservation, cleaning fee $80, taxes 12% 7 day min., Check in 3pm, check out by 10 AM. The $250 deposit will be held until your departure in case of damage to unit.($500 damage deposit for winter months is required). This unit has great views of water and directly across from the beach. The condo has sauna rooms, spa, and heated pool. There is a roof top tanning deck. Free Boat docks for all to use on your stay.
