There is a large balcony to enjoy the breath taking views of the Intra-coastal and Gulf. You have a great view of the beach from you windows and from the balconies. Our large heated pool with spa overlook the waterway. A boat slip is available for your boating pleasure.

HOLIDAY WEEKS~CALL FOR RATES

$300 to confirm reservation, cleaning fee $90, taxes 12% 7 day min., Check in after 3pm, check out before 10 AM. The $300 deposit will be held until your departure in case of damage to unit.($500 damage deposit for winter months is required). This unit has extraordinary water views of gulf and intra~coastal and sits directly across from the beach. The condo has sauna rooms, jacuzzi, heated pool, tennis and club house. There is a roof top tanning deck. Free Boat docks for all to use on your stay.
