This active and spacious unit has a wonderful balcony. Sunsets can be seen from the balcony and master suite and it's only steps to the sandy beaches and warm ocean water. You will be given every opportunity to relax and have the vacation you deserve.

The 1275 square feet this condo offers will give you plenty of space to spread out. There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom. There are two twin beds in the guest room. The condo sleeps six (sleeper sofa in the living room) and is perfect for families as well as couples. The Tampa Bay area is has lots of activities for all to enjoy.

There are 17 golf courses with-in driving distance of Indian Rocks Beach. The restaurants are great and close by. The Florida Aquarium is a great place for kids and adults alike. There are three major sports franchises in the area. Just across from the condo complex is a nature walk. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island water park are just across the bay in Tampa.
