A deposit of $500.00 will reserve unit and serve as a security deposit. Rental Fee is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation less than 40 days will result in forfeit of deposit monies. The deposit will be returned within 60 days after keys are returned less a $80.00 cleaning fee and any damages. 11% tax will be added to rental rate.
