Deposits must be received within 7 days of booking. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival and paid in US Currency only by certified check or money order. Please add 9% State and Tourism Tax to your rent ONLY! Monthly rentals are subject to extra electric usage. Owner will pay first $75.00.
