Enjoy breathtaking views from all rooms of this 1 bedroom, Gulf front condo! The living room and bedroom overlook the Gulf; and the kitchen overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway.  If you have never been to Sand Key, this is the spot! Rent two weeks or more (this is a two-week minimum rental).  

Lighthouse Towers is a gated condominium with all the amenities -- including a heated pool and spa, a tennis court, basketball hoop, putting green, shuffleboard, outdoor grill, outdoor wet-bar cabana, his and hers bathrooms and changing area at pool, and private reserved parking.   Our unit has new (2004) living room furniture including one queen leather sofa bed and one love seat twin sofa bed.   The bedroom contains a king bed with 650 thread count cotton sheets and 2 inch 4 pound memory foam mattress that will give you the best night sleep ever!

The kitchen has all new (2008) appliances, range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water.    One 42 inch HD LCD TV with 23 HD channels and digital cable, and one TV in MBR.   Here is a list of included ammenities: toaster, crock pot, coffee maker, baking dishes and supplies, spice rack, martini glasses and shaker, blender,  wine goblets, pyrex cookware, two sets of dishware, breakfast bar with 2 stools, dining room, tile and carpet flooring, iron and ironing board, radio, vacuum, beach cooler, drying rack, laundry basket, balcony with 2 sliding door access and table with 2 chairs for the balcony.  

Take a stroll along the Gulf's white sandy beach.  Watch the gorgeous sunsets from the living room or balcony.  You may even see dolphins frolicking in the surf from the living room floor to ceiling windows!
