The Master bedroom overlooks both the pool and the lake. It has an American King size bed, flat screen cable TV with a DVD player, ceiling fan and has been beautifully furnished to a high standard. The large ensuite bathroom has a double shower, twin hand basins, separate toilet and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom is also beautifully furnished with an American Queen size bed. The third bedroom has a clean white feeling with 2 twin beds. We have also supplied a travel cot with bedding, a highchair and pushchair for use by our younger guests. |

The villa has a separate utility room containing both a washer and a dryer. The spacious living area is made up of two rooms. The first is the Family room leading out to the pool with wonderful views across the lake. This room has a large 52 inch TV, DVD player and a stereo. The second room is the large formal living room, this room includes the elegant dining table seating 6 persons and a comfortable seating area. The fully equipped kitchen has its own seating area. The private screened heated pool (28X14) includes a removable child safety screen that fits neatly around the edge to make certain that your children remain safe. |

| The outdoor sunbathing/dining area
incorporates sunbeds and a luxury patio table for alfresco eating. Night
lights in the pool and outdoor fan are there for you to enjoy entertaining
into the evening or watching the beautiful sunset over the lake. The villa
has a 2 car garage currently housing a number of inflatables for use in
the pool. Guests have full use of the community facilities including
flood-lit tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, children’s play area and
a large swimming pool. All of these facilities are a short walking
distance from the villa.
Downtown Bradenton’s cobblestone streets are filled with seafood restaurants, pubs and quaint little bistros. There are several excellent golf courses nearby. Downtown Sarasota is close by and offers much culture in the way of designer shopping within St Armands Circle, theatres, and more elegant dining. For the really serious shopper, a trip to the nearby Outlet Mall in Ellenton is a must. If theme parks are more your thing then Busch Gardens at Tampa is 50 minutes drive and Orlando with Disney and Universal is an hour and a half drive. The whole house is bright and airy and furnished to the highest standards. The telephone allows FREE local calls (international and long distance calls can be made using pre-paid cards which are available at many local shops). The nearest international airport is at Tampa just 40 minutes away over the impressive "Sunshine Skyway" bridge, Sarasota airport is 10 minutes away, Orlando International is 90 minutes away and Sanford airport is 120 minutes. Activities either on site or nearby include beautiful Beaches, Biking, Golf, Tennis, Basketball, Fitness Center, Gym, Miniature Golf, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, Horseback Riding, Shopping, Restaurants, Live Theater, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving, Boating, Sailing, Waterskiing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Shelling. We can advise you on where to eat, places to visit, flights & car hire. You will find numerous leaflets describing places to visit and local area maps within the villa.
