Welcome to our beautiful 4 bedroom home situated in a residential boating community in Riverpointe, Bradenton. Our privately owned villa is situated on the lakeside, where you can enjoy watching the abundance of Florida wildlife that the lake attracts. Our villa is fully equipped for that home from home experience. The Master bedrooms are both ensuite and have queen-sized beds and walk-in closets. The twin bedded rooms also have walk-in closets and share and additional bathroom. Two separate living areas, kitchen with informal dining and a formal dining area, provide ample room to accommodate eight people comfortably.

The family living area and all four bedrroms have satellite television and the house is wireless enabled for Internet access. A DVD player, portable CD player and PlayStation are also provided for your enjoyment. The private, screened 28 foot by 14 foot solar heated pool overlooks the lake and the large deck with sun loungers, dining facilities and a gas BBQ, provide the ideal setting for enjoying the sun from sunrise to sunset.

The Sarasota/Bradenton area is suitable for all the family and provides a wide range of activities to suit all tastes. Just a short distance from the villa you will find the beautiful Gulf beaches, golf courses and designer shopping outlets. In the immediate area there is a Wal-Mart store, a Publix as well as other shops and several restaurants.
