Seagrove Beach 4 bedroom rental

We built our 3 bedroom cottage in the Sugarwood Beach neighborhood in Seagrove Beach the spring of 2003 and in the spring of 2005 we added the carriage house offering privacy for the grandparents or any couple who might enjoy a little quiet time. This location is perfect for us because we have privacy, peace and quiet here at "Three Palms", but a short walk or bicycle ride away are the upscale communities of Seaside and Watercolor with all that such areas provide. We are offering you, our guests, a beautiful place to vacation, but at half the price of our neighboring resorts.

Our cottage is located in a cove just a 3 -5 minute walk from the beach. The beach in our area is powder white, bordered by high sand dunes and emerald-green water. The ground floor has the main living/dining area (with queen sleeper sofa), kitchen, king bedroom, full bath and laundry room. The master with king bed and large bathroom with deep soaking tub and separate shower and another bedroom with twins and its private bath are on the second floor. The tower room with decks off the east and west sides offers a panoramic view of the Gulf. This room has a trundle bed and can be used as a fourth bedroom in the house.

The decks on the first and second floors are situated on the south side of the house overlooking the private pool. We have extended the living space by screening the downstairs deck. All bedrooms have French doors opening to the decks. Every bedroom and the tower room have cable TV. With a living room/kitchen combination and separate queen bedroom and bath, the carriage house will be a welcome retreat for two.

Activities (on site or nearby): Relaxing, beaching, walking/biking along the 17 mile off-road path along 30A, hiking through Point Washington State Forest, championship golf courses, tennis, fitness center, miniature golf, amusement parks, fishing, wildlife viewing, shopping, restaurants, cinemas, sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling/diving, boating, sailing, surfing, windsurfing, parasailing, jet skiing, shelling.
