The first floor is surrounded on two sides by a wooden deck for relaxing. The bright and airy second floor features a dramatic cathedral ceiling with exposed beams and plenty of light. The second level has an open floor plan with an updated kitchen, two dining areas, family room, and bunk room all flowing nicely together. The second level family room also has room for lounging, as well as TV/DVD/VCR and fireplace. In a neat alcove off the family room, there is a small bunk room with bunk beds and a chest of drawers.

The kitchen and dining areas open up to a large tree top deck with gulf views and patio furniture for your dining, sunning or relaxation pleasure. Off the family room on the second/main level is a spacious tiled Master Suite with King bed and full bathroom as well as washer/dryer. Finally, the third level consists of a cozy, private retreat with a Queen bedroom. It has its own adjoining full bathroom. In total, this beach home can easily sleep 10 with plenty of room for the family. This home is just minutes from shopping and restaurants, as well as being conveniently located between Rosemary Beach, Seaside and Watercolor. There are miles of bike paths, beautiful lakes and state parks, providing plenty of outdoor recreation.
