Welcome to Hemingway House! PaPa Hemingway's life style lives on in this Key West-style, Gulfview, BEACH home with private pool. It is located just one half block from the beautiful sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Near the quiet end of Thomas Drive, this lovely 4 bedroom home is three-quarters of a mile from St. Andrews Park.

The three-level, custom-built home has all the extras.  The first floor has the master bedroom with a queen size bed,walk-in shower with Italian tile and double sinks.  The Kitchen has state-of-the-art stainless appliances and Corian countertops.  The Living room and dining room have hardwood floors and beautiful furniture with a Tommy Bahama flair.

The second level has another Master Suite with queen bed & private bath.  Twin beds are in the third plus a sleep sofa and private bath with double sinks.  The third level has a view of the Gulf as well as a wet bar with sink and refrigerator.  There are two twin beds on this level plus a  sofa.  There is a porch or balcony on every level to enjoy watching the magical sunsets over the ocean.

It's just a short stroll across Thomas Drive to the beach.   This is a comfortable home for a large family or split with two other couples.  After staying here once, you will want to come back every year.  Your tropical paradise awaits you.

Summer rates - May31 - Aug. 22-$350 per night/ $2100 per week

Fall rates -Aug 23- Oct 31-$200 per night/$1000 per wk.plus. tax & cleaning

Winter - Nov 1 -Feb 29 $150 per night/$800per week plus. tax & cleaning

Spring- Mar 1- May 30 $250 per night/$1500per week

For all weeks that contain a Holiday the rate is $2100 per week

Also available for monthly rentals off season. Call for rates.

Monthly rental Oct. to March $2100 per month

Damage deposit is $500, Cleaning fee is $125, taxes are 10% of total rent, No smoking in home, balconies only.Pets allowed with advance permission, Ask about pet deposits.
