50% weekly rate needed to hold reservation. Balance plus 10.5% tax & $300 security deposit required upon arrival. Cash, check, money order or traveler's check accepted. (Security deposit to be returned within 14 days after rental inspection.)
Wkly rentals run Sat-Sat..check-in 3pm..check-out 10am
Less than the normal full week rental may only be offered when there is a weekly opening not filled. Cleaning fee add'l for rentals less than full wk (3 night minimum stay req'd)
