Our 3 bedroom condo is located in Destin West Beach & Bay Resort on Okaloosa Island, conveniently located minutes from Destin. Your rental gives you access to the amenities at our Bay side resort, including our 700' lazy river pool and the Gulf Sides 5000' pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, water lagoon and adjacent Ramada Inn. Just over our private boardwalk you will find the pristine white beach and emerald green waters of the Gulf.

We are within walking distance of the Fishing Pier, Gulfarium and The Boardwalk. Take advantage of the Free Shuttle (seasonal) and spend a day in Destin. Water sports and miniature golf are right across the street and you can dine in or out, with many restaurants and grocery stores close by. Destin West Beach Resort offers a large gulf front state-of-the-art exercise room. Outside showers and BBQ grills are also available for your use.

Bring your golf clubs or fishing poles, the Destin area has a variety of options available to you. Our two bedroom, two bathroom plus bonus bunkroom unit is located on the second floor over looking the pool. To your left you will see the Gulf of Mexico from your wrap around balcony. We have been given a "Superior" rating from our on-site management company. This immaculate unit has many upgrades as new tile, crown molding, custom painting and professional decorating. Our housekeeping staff follows our high standards for cleanliness.

Add $85.00 cleaning fee plus 11% taxes to rental rate 3-night minimum

We require a 35% booking deposit to secure your RSVP. The booking deposit will be applied towards reservation. We ask that the full amount of your rental be paid 16-days prior to your arrival. A Damage deposit of $250.00 is required. This can be paid by check, bank money order, cashiers check or held by a credit card number. All damage deposit money will be refunded providing that all rental provisions are met. Florida states tax is 11%. Cleaning fees are $85.00 CHECK IN AFTER 4.00P.M CHECK OUT 10:00 A.M.
