Located on Hwy 98, Destin's sugar white beaches and emerald waters are just across the street. Features include 3 swimming pools, 3 tennis courts, basketball court, and a 10 acre fresh water lake. The unit has just been painted and redecorated (2005). There is an outside porch with chairs and a porch swing to enjoy the warm gulf breeze or snuggle up with a good book.

Add 10% Florida Bed Tax and $75 One Time Cleaning/Key handling charge. Check-in Sat 3 PM, check-out Sat 10 AM. $200 Advance Refundable Deposit for weekly rental. $300 Advance Refundable Deposit for Monthly.Deposit due within 7-10 days of making reservation. Deposit will be refunded 10-14 days after departure upon receipt of keys providing unit is without damage to the contents of the unit, the unit itself, no items removed from the unit and keys have been returned.Upon departure, remove all trash and food from refrigerator to avoid excess cleaning fees. Full rental payment is due 14 days prior to arrival date.
