Our 2 bedroom cottage is in Carillon Beach village, which is just west of Panama City Beach on the "Emerald Coast". We are conveniently located between Panama City Beach and Seaside, and our guests can enjoy the amenities of many area locations located less than 20 minutes in either direction. Our cottage is just three houses (about 100 yds) in from the Gulf of Mexico, and guests can view the Gulf from the upper bedroom private deck. Carillon beach village is designed as a small village, with post office, restaurants and shops on it's Main Street.  Guests use dune walkovers to access the beach over the sand dunes along the Gulf. Carillon Beach village has three pools (one of which is heated in winter) and a playground, basketball court, and tennis court, all of which are open to our guests. Our cottage includes the use of a beach cabana with umbrella, gratuities to go directly to the beach attendant. Gas fireplace makes it cozy in winter, and heated outside private shower is wonderful year-round.
