The living area has a comfortable Queen sofa bed, twin chair sleeper and new twin rollaway. There is a new (2006) deck underneath facing the Gulf with porch swing and park type BBQ grille.

The large kitchen has upgrade appliances and is well equipped with everything to cook a great Thanksgiving meal! Relax and watch the moon dance off the Gulf from your large screened porch with Adirondack chairs, ceiling fan, and picnic table to seat 8. The lower level has bright bamboo wood flooring. Enjoy watching the ocean waves, fishing in the surf, boating in the bay, or relaxing on the beach. You can hear and see the ocean as the beach is only 86 steps away! St. Joseph State Park is 3 miles North of our property with the beach rated #1 in the US by the Dr Beach survey in 2002. The dunes are up to 30 ft. high!
Use the guest bikes to ride on the newly created bike trails to St. Joseph State Park. This is a beautiful place to relax and explore. Once you have visited our 'Home by the Sea', you will want to come back again!
