Only thirty yards from the beautiful white sand and crystal clear water of the Emerald Coast, you can enjoy all the delights Cape San Blas has to offer. Soak up the Florida sunshine and watch the dolphins play in the waves. Let the kids chase sand crabs in the surf while the adults enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the front deck. There's something for everyone in the family!

RATES & INFO

Weekly Rates (Now accepting payments though PAYPAL):

Spring season: March thru May - $900 per week

Summer season: June thru August $1,100 per week

Fall season: September thru November - $900 per week

Winter season: December thru February - $600 per week

Monthly Rates (Now accepting payments though PAYPAL):

Spring season: March thru May - $2,500 per month

Summer season: June thru August $3,000 per month

Fall season: September thru November - $2,500 per month

Winter season: December thru February - $1,500 per month

$300 non-refundable reservation deposit will be applied to rental fee. Full payment must be received within two weeks of reservation date. $100 non-refundable cleaning fee. $300 damage deposit to be refunded within two weeks of departure upon satisfactory owner inspection. State and local taxes of 11% will be added to the rental fee. Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, check in 3:00 pm, check out 11:00 am.
